Connect the accounts you already report on. Fresh Sheets reads from them and never writes back.
Pick your fields and a schedule. It runs unattended after that.
The tab is replaced with the new figures. Nothing else in the spreadsheet is touched.
I used to refresh every day, and now I just let it do its thing.

What we can and cannot do with your data
Read only, always
We never write to your ad or analytics accounts. Analytics and Search Console connect with Google's read-only permissions. Google Ads offers none, so our access there is registered with Google for reporting only and our code never issues a write.
Writes only to its own tab
Fresh Sheets never changes anything you did not ask it to. Each report owns a tab, and replaces what is in it on every refresh. Nothing else in the spreadsheet is touched.
Never sold, never used to train AI
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. Fresh Sheets does not use any data it receives from Google APIs, including Google Workspace APIs, to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. It is shared only with the companies that run the service, and with Stripe, which sells paid plans, all named in our privacy policy.
Revoke any time
Disconnect your Google account and Fresh Sheets stops using it straight away. You can also revoke from your Google account directly.
Questions
Is this safe to run on a live client spreadsheet?
Fresh Sheets never changes anything you did not ask it to. Each report owns a tab, and replaces what is in it on every refresh. Nothing else in the spreadsheet is touched.
What access does it actually get?
It reads from the Google accounts you connect, and our code never writes to them. The only files it can change are the spreadsheets you pick. How we handle your data
What happens if I hit my refresh limit?
Scheduled runs stop, and nothing in your spreadsheet is deleted or changed. On a paid plan they start again at your monthly reset, or on a plan with a higher cap. In your free 30 days, they start again when you pick a plan.
Is my data sold or shared?
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with the companies that run the service, and with Stripe, which sells paid plans, all named in our privacy policy.
What happens to my reports if I cancel?
Your account moves to the Free plan. One scheduled report keeps running every week: the one you chose, or otherwise your oldest one that is still working, or your oldest if none is. Your other scheduled reports pause. Nothing is deleted, and the data already in your spreadsheets stays where it is.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. 30 days of Plus, free, no card. The 30 days start when you schedule your first report. After that, one report keeps refreshing every week, for as long as you want. You pick which one. Your other scheduled reports pause, and their data stays where it is.
