The cap
What counts as a refresh
- One scheduled run of one report is one refresh, counted when it works, however many destinations it writes to.
- Runs that fail don't count.
- Running a report yourself doesn't count on a paid plan.
- Your 30 days of Plus share one allowance of 100 refreshes.
- Hit your cap and scheduled runs stop until more are available. Nothing in your spreadsheet changes.
FAQ
Questions
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year up front and save 20%. Your refresh allowance still resets monthly.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from your account. Moving up takes effect straight away, with credit for what's left of your current period. Moving down takes effect when it ends.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
The price shown is what you pay. No VAT is added.
What happens after your 30 days of Plus?
You choose a plan, or stay free with one report refreshing weekly.
Can I use my data in Claude?
Yes, on every paid plan and during your 30 days of Plus. Claude can make 30 requests an hour on Plus and Pro, and 60 on Max. Requests for data share the 100 a day you have for running reports yourself.
