The cap counts scheduled runs only. Free includes 50 manual runs a month.

The cap

What counts as a refresh

  • One scheduled run of one report is one refresh, counted when it succeeds. Each plan’s monthly cap counts these and nothing else.
  • A scheduled run that fails does not count.
  • Running a report yourself never counts toward the cap. On the Free plan you can do that 50 times a month.
  • Your free 30 days are one allowance. The Plus cap of 100 refreshes covers the whole 30 days.
  • When you reach the cap. Scheduled runs stop, and nothing in your spreadsheet is deleted or changed. On a paid plan they start again at your monthly reset, or on a plan with a higher cap. In your free 30 days, they start again when a paid plan starts. If you do not choose one, the Free plan keeps one report refreshing every week when the 30 days end. You can still run a report yourself.
FAQ

Questions

How does annual billing work?

You pay for the year when you subscribe: Plus is £144 a year, which saves £36; Pro is £288 a year, which saves £72; Max is £480 a year, which saves £120, against paying monthly. The refresh cap still resets monthly, the same as on a monthly plan.

What happens after the free 30 days?

The 30 days start when you schedule your first report. After that, one report keeps refreshing every week, for as long as you want. You pick which one. Your other scheduled reports pause, and their data stays where it is.

What happens if I move to a smaller paid plan?

Nothing is deleted. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your renewal day stays the same. From then, the new plan's cap applies, resetting on that day each month, and a report scheduled more often than the new plan allows runs at the plan's fastest schedule instead.

What happens to my reports if I cancel?

Your account moves to the Free plan. One scheduled report keeps running every week: the one you chose, or otherwise your oldest one that is still working, or your oldest if none is. Your other scheduled reports pause. Nothing is deleted, and the data already in your spreadsheets stays where it is.

Decide once your reports are running.

30 days of Plus, free, no card. Then one report keeps refreshing weekly.
