Each report replaces only its own tab. Nothing else in the file is touched.

Put them on another tab and point them at the report's tab. The report's own tab is replaced on every refresh.

Any schedule up to your plan's fastest: every week on Free, every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.

Scheduled runs stop, and nothing in your spreadsheet is deleted or changed. On a paid plan they start again at your monthly reset, or on a plan with a higher cap. In your free 30 days, they start again when a paid plan starts. If you do not choose one, the Free plan keeps one report refreshing every week when the 30 days end.

It's flagged in your account, and in the sidebar if it writes to that spreadsheet, and for scheduled reports we email you. The data from its last good run stays where it was written.

It stays saved with its data, but doesn't run on a schedule until you turn it back on or move up a plan.

It reads from the tools you connect, and changes only the spreadsheets you pick and any BigQuery dataset you share. It can't see anything else in your Drive.

Report rows pass through Fresh Sheets on their way to your spreadsheet, or BigQuery, and aren't kept.

Never sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with the companies that run the service, and with Stripe, which sells paid plans, all named in our privacy policy.

Disconnect a source on the Sources page in your account, or revoke it from the tool itself.

You move to Free. One report keeps refreshing weekly, the others pause, and nothing is deleted.
