Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
Version 4, in effect from 20 September 2026. The changes from the previous version are listed under "Changes to these terms" at the end.
Fresh Sheets is a product of Virgo Analytics Ltd ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using Fresh Sheets, and they apply from when you connect your Google account to it. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you buy it from Link, part of Stripe, when you complete checkout, and the sections of these terms on plans and payment apply to that agreement as well.

The service
Fresh Sheets is a Google Sheets add-on that reads reporting data from Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Search Console and writes it into a Google Sheets spreadsheet you choose, on a schedule you set. Our code never creates, edits or deletes anything in your Google Analytics, Google Ads or Search Console accounts.
Fresh Sheets is a service. You are paying for reports to be run and written for you, not for a copy of software or data.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who uses Fresh Sheets. Some sections apply only to consumers, and say so.
You are a consumer if you use Fresh Sheets as an individual, wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You are a business customer if you use it for your work, for a business or for an organisation.
The sections marked as applying to consumers give consumers rights that the law gives them. They do not apply to business customers. The 14-day right to cancel is not one of them: it applies to everyone. Nothing in these terms takes away any right a consumer has by law.
Plans and what you get
Fresh Sheets has a free plan and paid plans. Each paid plan gives you a monthly refresh cap, the number of scheduled report runs it includes each month, and a fastest schedule, how often a report can run. The figures for each plan, what counts as a refresh and what the free plan includes are on the pricing page.
Your refresh cap resets each month on your billing anchor, the day of the month your billing period renews, not on the 1st of the month. On an annual plan it resets monthly on that same day within the year.
The plan that applies to you is the one you subscribe to, and it stays the same until you change plan as described under "Changing plan".
Your 30 days of Plus
When you first schedule a report you get 30 days of the Plus plan without paying and without giving card details. It is not a paid subscription, and it does not become one unless you choose a plan. When the 30 days end, your account moves to the free plan unless you have subscribed, and nothing is charged. The Plus refresh cap covers the whole 30 days as one allowance.
Until two days before they end, you can choose a plan to start on the day they end. If you do, you give card details then and nothing is charged until that day, you keep all 30 free days, and your plan starts with no gap. Until it starts you are on the Plus plan and its refresh cap, whichever plan you chose. Your 14-day right to cancel runs from that first charge rather than from the day you chose the plan.
You can cancel a plan you have scheduled, before it starts, in the billing portal: nothing will be charged, you keep the rest of your 30 days, and your account moves to the free plan at the end of them as it otherwise would. You can also change it there before it starts; the portal shows you the amount and the date before you confirm. While a scheduled plan is waiting to start, the plan buttons on the Billing page are not available, because your account already has a subscription; cancel the scheduled one first.
Prices
Prices are set in pounds sterling and are shown on the pricing page. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay: no tax is added to it. Outside the UK, checkout may show the price in your local currency, converted by Stripe at a rate that includes a conversion charge, and you can choose to pay in pounds instead. A monthly plan is paid each month. An annual plan is a single payment, made when you subscribe and at each renewal, covering twelve months.
The price you pay is the one shown when you subscribe. It stays the same until we change it as described under "Price changes".
Payment and renewal
Paid plans are sold by Link, part of Stripe, as the seller: Link takes your payment, issues your invoices and receipts, and appears on your card statement as ONELINK* FRESHSHEETS. You pay in advance, at the start of each billing period.
Your billing anchor is the day your subscription starts, or the day you last upgraded: each billing period renews on that day of the month, or of the year on an annual plan, or on the last day of any month that has no such day.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, for another period of the same length, at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the card on file on the day it renews. The renewal date is shown on the Billing page of your Fresh Sheets account.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, you keep your paid plan while the payment is retried. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and your account moves to the free plan. Nothing in your spreadsheets is deleted either way.
Changing plan
You change plan from the Billing page of your Fresh Sheets account. This section describes a plan that has started. A plan you have scheduled to start later is changed or cancelled in the billing portal instead, as "Your 30 days of Plus" describes.
- An upgrade takes effect straight away. A new billing period and a new refresh cap window start that day, and you are charged the new price less a credit for the unused part of your current period. If that payment fails, the upgrade does not happen and you stay on your current plan.
- A downgrade, or a move from annual to monthly billing, takes effect at the end of your current period. Your renewal day does not change.
- Monthly and annual billing are changed with the Switch to annual billing or Switch to monthly billing control on the Billing page. A move from monthly to annual takes effect straight away, like an upgrade.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in a single step, either of two ways:
- On the Billing page of your Fresh Sheets account, choose Cancel plan.
- Email support@freshsheets.uk from the email address on your account, saying you want to cancel. An email is enough: you do not need to use the Billing page, give a reason or confirm again.
To cancel a plan you scheduled to start later, see "Your 30 days of Plus": nothing has been paid, so nothing is refunded and you keep the rest of your free days.
Cancelling stops your subscription renewing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, which on an annual plan is the end of the year you paid for. Then:
Your account moves to the Free plan. One scheduled report keeps running every week: the one you chose, or otherwise your oldest one that is still working, or your oldest if none is. Your other scheduled reports pause. Nothing is deleted, and the data already in your spreadsheets stays where it is.
Cancelling on its own does not refund the rest of that period; see "Refunds" for when a refund is due.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account, on the Settings page of your Fresh Sheets account, is not the same as cancelling. It cancels your subscription immediately rather than at the end of the period, ends your access immediately, and deletes what Fresh Sheets stores about you, as Data deletion describes. It cannot be undone. If you want to stop paying and keep your reports, cancel instead.
Deleting does not refund the rest of the period you have paid for, with one exception: if you delete your account within 14 days of first subscribing, you can claim a full refund by email under your 14-day right to cancel. Email support@freshsheets.uk within those 14 days, from the email address that was on your account.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You can cancel a paid subscription within 14 days of the day you subscribed, for any reason, and get back everything you paid, however much you used the service in those 14 days. This right applies to everyone, consumers and business customers alike. If you scheduled the plan during your 30 days of Plus, the 14 days run from the day of the first charge, not from the day you chose it.
To use it, email support@freshsheets.uk within those 14 days, from the email address on your account, saying you are cancelling under your 14-day right. You do not have to give a reason. If you prefer, you can use this wording: "I am cancelling my Fresh Sheets subscription under my 14-day right to cancel."
We refund you in full within 14 days of the day you tell us you are cancelling, to the card you paid with. Link, which sold you the plan, may also refund you directly under the consumer law of where you live. Refunds under this right are made by hand, so they reach you by email request rather than through the Billing page.
Deleting your account inside the 14 days does not take this right away, as "Deleting your account" explains.
This right applies to your first paid subscription. It does not apply each time a subscription renews.
Refunds
Apart from a refund under your 14-day right to cancel, and anything else the law requires, we do not refund payments for a billing period that has started, including when you cancel or delete your account part way through it. This does not limit a refund Link gives you directly under the consumer law that applies to you.
If we end your subscription for our own reasons rather than because you broke these terms, we refund the part of any payment that covers time after it ends. See "Suspension and ending the agreement by us".
Price changes
We may change the price of a paid plan. If we do, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price first applies to you. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice period ends, never part way through a period you have paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel before that renewal and you will not be charged it.
Availability
We work to keep Fresh Sheets running and your scheduled reports refreshing at the schedule your plan allows. We do not promise any particular uptime figure. Fresh Sheets depends on Google's services, which we do not control: if Google changes or withdraws something Fresh Sheets relies on, or a Google service is unavailable, reports may not run until it is resolved. We may also need to pause the service briefly for maintenance.
We may change the features of Fresh Sheets over time. We will not make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes during a period you have already paid for without telling you in advance and, if you are a consumer and the change is to your disadvantage, letting you cancel and refunding the rest of that period.
Our responsibility to you
We provide Fresh Sheets with reasonable care and skill.
If you are a consumer, the law gives you rights if the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or does not match what we told you about it, including to have it put right or to a price reduction. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.
Suspension and ending the agreement by us
We may suspend or end your access only for these reasons: if payment is not made, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you use Fresh Sheets unlawfully, or if we stop providing Fresh Sheets altogether. Where it is reasonable to, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we stop providing Fresh Sheets altogether, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email and refund the part of any payment that covers time after the service ends.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with Fresh Sheets or with how we have dealt with you, email support@freshsheets.uk and tell us what went wrong. We will reply, look into it and tell you what we will do about it.
If you are a consumer and you are not satisfied with our response, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice, and you can take the matter to court.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the Google accounts you connect to Fresh Sheets and for the spreadsheets you choose to write reports into. Each report owns a tab in your spreadsheet and replaces what is in that tab on every refresh, so point a report only at a tab you are happy for it to replace.
You agree not to use Fresh Sheets to try to reach data you are not authorised to access, to interfere with how the service runs, or to break Google's terms for the products you connect.
Data
See our Privacy Policy for what data Fresh Sheets accesses and stores, and why, and Data deletion for how to have it deleted.
Stopping using Fresh Sheets
You can stop using Fresh Sheets at any time. Disconnecting your Google account, on the Connections page in your account or at myaccount.google.com/permissions, stops your reports refreshing but does not cancel a paid subscription; cancel it as described under "Cancelling".
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for everything arising out of or in connection with Fresh Sheets and these terms, in any twelve-month period, is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Trademarks
Google, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Search Console are trademarks of Google LLC.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects your rights or what you pay, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect; a price change follows "Price changes". If you are a consumer and a change to these terms is materially to your disadvantage, you can cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund any payment that covers time after that date. The version and the date it took effect are at the top of this page.
Version 4, in effect from 20 September 2026. Adds the option, during your 30 days of Plus, to choose a plan to start on the day they end: you give card details then, nothing is charged until that day, and you keep every free day. Your 14-day right to cancel runs from that first charge, so choosing early costs you none of it. Corrects the statement that the 30 days could not turn into a paid subscription, which was true only while every purchase charged immediately. We did not email notice of this version in advance: it adds a choice you make yourself and takes nothing away, so it does not reduce anyone's rights or change what anyone pays.
Version 3, in effect from 19 September 2026. Corrects these terms to match how payment already works. Paid plans are sold by Link, part of Stripe, which is named on your card statement as ONELINK* FRESHSHEETS. Outside the UK, checkout may show and charge the price in your local currency. Link may also refund you directly under local consumer law. If a renewal payment fails, you keep your paid plan while the payment is retried. We did not email notice of this version in advance: it describes what already happens rather than changing it, and the change to failed payments is in your favour.
Version 2, in effect from 18 September 2026. Adds the terms for paid plans: what a plan gives you, prices, billing and automatic renewal, changing plan, cancelling, deleting your account, a 14-day right to cancel for everyone, refunds, price changes and complaints. Separates consumers from business customers. Removes the private beta terms, including termination at our discretion, and replaces them with the availability, responsibility, suspension and liability terms above.
Version 1, September 2026. The private beta terms.
