Your marketing reports in Microsoft Excel, kept up to date
Set a report up once. Fresh Sheets writes the latest figures into a worksheet in your workbook in your OneDrive on every refresh, so the numbers are there when you open it.
Your first scheduled report starts 30 days of Plus, free. No card needed.
Sign in with Google or a work or school Microsoft account, then connect Excel. You only need Google for a Google source such as GA4.

One worksheet per report, refreshed on your schedule
- Each report has a worksheet of its own, and every refresh replaces what's in it. Nothing else in the workbook changes.
- Reports refresh on their schedule without you opening the workbook.
- A report that also writes to Google Sheets or BigQuery counts as one refresh, not one per destination.
- It works with every source Fresh Sheets connects to, from Google Analytics 4 to Shopify.
Three steps to your first report
- 01Connect Microsoft Excel In your Fresh Sheets account, open Destinations, then sign in with your work or school Microsoft account and approve access.
- 02Build a report Choose a source, the fields you want, a date range and how often it should refresh.
- 03Choose where it goes Pick a workbook in your OneDrive and choose a worksheet, or have Fresh Sheets create a new workbook for the report. If an existing worksheet already has something in it, we ask before using it.
Work or school accounts, your own OneDrive
You need a Microsoft work or school account; personal Microsoft accounts aren't supported. Reports write to workbooks in your own OneDrive, not to files someone has shared with you or files in a SharePoint site. Your organisation may need its administrator to approve Fresh Sheets before you can connect.
Only the worksheets your reports use
While you choose where a report goes, Fresh Sheets reads the names of the files and folders in your OneDrive and shows you only folders and workbooks. When a report refreshes, it reads and replaces that report's own worksheet. It creates a new workbook only when you ask it to, and doesn't change or delete anything else in your OneDrive.
Excel is on every plan
That includes Free. How often a report refreshes depends on your plan: every week on Free, every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.

Questions
Can I use a personal Microsoft account?
No. Fresh Sheets connects to work or school Microsoft accounts only.
Can a report write to a shared workbook or one in SharePoint?
No. Reports write to workbooks in your own OneDrive.
What happens to anything I type into a report's worksheet?
It's replaced on the next refresh, because each report owns its worksheet. Keep your formulas and notes on another worksheet in the same workbook; Fresh Sheets won't touch it.
Do I need Google Sheets?
No. You can sign in with a work or school Microsoft account and connect Excel to your OneDrive. You'll only connect a Google account if a report reads from GA4, Google Ads or Search Console.
