Google Ads isn't available to AI tools.

The same sources keep refreshing your reports on a schedule, wherever you send them. Claude can run the reports you've saved, apart from Google Ads reports and ones that read their dates from cells.

  3. Turn the connector on in a conversation and ask your question.

Each time Claude lists or fetches something is one request, and one question can take a few.

  • Listing your sources, fields and reports doesn't count towards the daily figure.
  • An answer has up to 100 rows unless Claude asks for more. When one is cut short, Claude is told, so it can say so or ask for less.

  • Every tool only reads. None can change a campaign, a property, a setting or a report.
  • Figures are fetched from the source when Claude asks and handed straight to Claude.
  • Fresh Sheets records each request that reaches a source, never the figures.
  • Remove Claude any time in your Fresh Sheets account, under Destinations, then Connected AI tools. Its access ends within 5 minutes.

Questions

What is Fresh Sheets, and do I need Google Sheets?

Fresh Sheets connects your marketing sources once and keeps reports up to date in your spreadsheets or BigQuery on a schedule. Its MCP server lets Claude read the same sources. You don't need to use Google Sheets for Claude to read them.

Which AI tools does it work with?

We've tested it with Claude, on claude.ai and in Claude Code. It's an MCP server, so other AI tools that support MCP may be able to connect, but we haven't tested any.

Which Claude plans can add it?

Every Claude plan can add a custom connector. Claude's Free plan allows one.

Can Claude change anything?

Every tool only reads. None can change a campaign, a property, a setting or a report.

Does Fresh Sheets keep a copy of my data?

Figures are fetched from the source when Claude asks and handed straight to Claude. Fresh Sheets receives Claude's requests for data, not your conversation, and records each request that reaches a source, the account it read, how many rows it returned and any error, never the figures.

How do I disconnect Claude?

Remove Claude any time in your Fresh Sheets account, under Destinations, then Connected AI tools. Its access ends within 5 minutes.
