What you can pull from TikTok Ads
Build each report at one level: Ad account, Campaign, Ad group or Ad. Each row is one of them, with the fields you choose, by day or as a total over your date range.
Names and IDs are available down to the level you choose. Money is in your ad account's currency, and days are in its time zone.
Yesterday's spend, already in the tab
TikTok Ads, written to Campaign spend
- Each report owns a tab, and everything in it is replaced on every refresh. Nothing else in the spreadsheet is touched.
- It runs whether the spreadsheet is open or not. Refreshes happen on our servers, so the numbers are current when you open the file, not when you remember to.
Three things to choose, once
- 01Add Fresh Sheets to a spreadsheet and connect your Google account, then connect TikTok on your connections page.
- 02Pick a level, the fields you want and a date range.
- 03Say which tab it writes to and how often it refreshes.
What it can see, and what it cannot
You connect TikTok by signing in on TikTok's own page and choosing which ad accounts Fresh Sheets can read. The app Fresh Sheets signs in with asks TikTok for ad account information and reporting only.
Our code only ever reads from TikTok. Besides read requests, it sends TikTok only the request that completes your sign-in and, when you remove the connection or delete your account, the request that ends Fresh Sheets' access. It refuses anything else before the request is sent, and never creates, edits or pauses a campaign, an ad group or an ad.
The access TikTok grants is stored encrypted and is never shown to anyone. You can remove it at any time on your connections page. Removing it asks TikTok to end Fresh Sheets' access, stops the reports that read through it, and leaves what they already wrote in your spreadsheets. You can also end it in your TikTok for Business settings.
Writing into your spreadsheet still goes through your Google account. Fresh Sheets asks for its Google data permissions in one consent screen, so you will see Google Analytics, Google Ads and Search Console listed there even if you only report on TikTok. Every scope is set out in full on our privacy page.
Writing happens only in the spreadsheets you pick, one at a time, through Google's own file picker. Fresh Sheets never sees the rest of your Drive. Fresh Sheets never changes anything you did not ask it to.
Your data is never sold and never used to train anything.

How often depends on your plan: every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.
Questions
Can you export TikTok Ads data to Google Sheets automatically?
Yes. Fresh Sheets writes your TikTok Ads results into a spreadsheet you already have, in a tab you choose, on a schedule, without the file being open.
Which campaigns are included?
Every campaign, ad group or ad TikTok reports for the date range. Fresh Sheets asks TikTok to include ones you have since deleted, so tidying up your account does not remove last month's spend from the report.
What currency are the figures in?
Your ad account's own currency. Add the Currency field to show which one in the tab. Days are in your ad account's time zone.
How often can it refresh?
Choose the schedule when you build the report, and it runs on our servers from then on. How often depends on your plan: every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.
Does it change anything in TikTok Ads?
No. Fresh Sheets only reads from TikTok. It never creates, edits or pauses a campaign, an ad group or an ad.
