How to add Fresh Sheets to Claude
Add the connector once, sign in, and ask Claude about your marketing data.
Fresh Sheets runs an MCP server that Claude can read your marketing sources through, live, whenever you ask. It works on claude.ai and in Claude Code. Its address is:
https://freshsheets.uk/mcp
Before you start
You need a Fresh Sheets account on a paid plan, or in its 30 days of Plus, which start when you sign up. Connect the sources you want Claude to read on the Sources page first; any you connect later can be read too, if AI tools can read that source.
On Claude's side, custom connectors are available on every Claude plan, and the Free plan allows one.
Add it on claude.ai
- In Claude, go to Customize, then Connectors.
- Choose Add, then Add custom connector.
- Name it Fresh Sheets, enter the address above as the server URL, and choose Continue.
- Keep the sign-in settings Claude suggests and choose Add.
- Claude opens a sign-in page, which brings you to Fresh Sheets. Sign in if you're asked to, read what Claude will be able to do, and choose Continue. Then confirm on the page that follows, which comes from WorkOS, our sign-in provider.
Depending on your version of Claude, the menu can be under Settings or Customize. Claude's own pages also describe two versions of the add dialog, depending on your organisation, so the labels you see may differ slightly.
Add it for a team
On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds it once under Organization settings, then Connectors: choose Add, then Custom, then Web, and enter the same address. Each member then finds it under Customize, then Connectors, and chooses Connect to sign in with their own Fresh Sheets account. Adding it for the team gives nobody access until they connect.
Use it in a conversation
Choose + at the bottom left of the message box, then Connectors, and turn Fresh Sheets on. Then ask your question, for example which channels brought the most sessions last month. Claude can ask Fresh Sheets which sources you've connected and which fields they offer, and fetch what it needs.
Add it in Claude Code
Run this, which makes it available in every project:
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user fresh-sheets https://freshsheets.uk/mcp
Then run /mcp inside Claude Code, choose fresh-sheets, and sign in in your browser as above.
Remove it
In your Fresh Sheets account, go to Destinations and choose Remove under Connected AI tools. Its access ends within 5 minutes.
To take it out of Claude as well, go to Customize, then Connectors, and remove it there. In Claude Code, run:
claude mcp remove fresh-sheets
