Google Analytics 4 to BigQuery
The reports GA4 shows you, in your own dataset, refreshed on a schedule. The figures, not the raw events, so nobody has to rebuild sessions in SQL.
30 days of Plus, free, no card. Then one report keeps refreshing weekly.

What lands in BigQuery
- One table per report, named fs_ and the report name, in your dataset.
- Put Date in the report and each run replaces only its own dates, so history builds up. Without Date, the table is replaced each run.
- Any field your property has, including custom dimensions, custom metrics and key events.
- Up to 30,000 rows a report.
GA4 has its own free export of raw events to BigQuery, capped at 1 million events a day for daily exports on standard properties. That's the raw material. Fresh Sheets sends finished reports instead.
Connect your Google account from the Fresh Sheets sidebar in any spreadsheet, and pick your GA4 property.
Which plans send to BigQuery
Pro and Max, and the free 30 days. Sending to BigQuery uses no extra refreshes: one run counts once, wherever it lands.
Questions
Why not use GA4's own BigQuery export?
Use it if you want every raw event and have someone to model them. If you want report figures, sessions by channel for example, without writing SQL to rebuild them, send the report instead.
Who pays for the loading?
Fresh Sheets runs the loading jobs in its own Google Cloud project. The data is stored in your dataset, on your bill.
