An example
Insert a PivotTable on a separate worksheet that reads from the Queries by day worksheet, with Search query in Rows and Clicks in Values.
Scheduling and refresh
How often depends on your plan: every week on Free, every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.
Each run that succeeds counts once towards your plan, wherever it sends.
Each run replaces the worksheet with the latest figures.
Other ways to do it
Search Console can export a report to Google Sheets, Excel or a CSV file.

Fresh Sheets writes the report straight into your worksheet on a schedule instead.
Only the worksheets your reports use
While you choose where a report goes, Fresh Sheets reads the names of the files and folders in your OneDrive and shows you only folders and workbooks. When a report refreshes, it reads and replaces that report's own worksheet. It creates a new workbook only when you ask it to, and doesn't change or delete anything else in your OneDrive.
