An example
Insert a PivotTable on a separate worksheet that reads from the Campaign performance worksheet, with Campaign in Rows and Conversions in Values.
Scheduling and refresh
How often depends on your plan: every week on Free, every day on Plus, every 6 hours on Pro and every hour on Max.
Each run that succeeds counts once towards your plan, wherever it sends.
Each run replaces the worksheet with the latest figures.
Other ways to do it
Klaviyo can export campaign and flow analytics as a CSV file.

Fresh Sheets gets Klaviyo to Excel without a CSV, straight into your worksheet.
Only the worksheets your reports use
While you choose where a report goes, Fresh Sheets reads the names of the files and folders in your OneDrive and shows you only folders and workbooks. When a report refreshes, it reads and replaces that report's own worksheet. It creates a new workbook only when you ask it to, and doesn't change or delete anything else in your OneDrive.
Questions
How do I export Klaviyo data?
Add a Klaviyo private API key with read access on the Sources page, then build a campaign or flow performance report that writes to your worksheet. It refreshes on your schedule, so there's no file to download.
